Customs and Border Protection has been pretty quite since the mandatory ISF filing date of 01/26/10. After a year of soft compliance and a lot of communication with the trade community not much has been heard from CBP this year. From what we hear that is going to change soon. CBP is going to start sending informed compliance letters to importers that have not come on board and filed any ISFs to date.
